It’s just the next step. I started noticing this when I built rhythms of small, consistent connection: ✨ Reposting something a client shared. ✨ Dropping a quick comment on their win. ✨ Validating an idea they were already considering. Those little things added up. They built familiarity, trust, and ultimately connection. And when I looked back, I realized there was always a pattern. Growth doesn’t come by accident. It flows in a sequence: Founder → People → Business. First the founder — your clarity, energy, and intention. Then the people — the trust and connection you’re building. And finally, the business — sales, conversions, growth. Every time I tried to skip straight to “business,” it fell flat. But when I started with me, then focused on my people, the business always followed. 👉 That’s the real order of growth.
